About

Conia Wright is a Tennessee Affiliate Broker with The Prichard Group specializing in Refined Rural Living — land, acreage, rural homes, hospitality properties, and distinctive rural opportunities throughout Franklin, Leiper’s Fork, Williamson County, Summertown, and Middle Tennessee.

Conia has built her professional life around serving others, guided by faith, excellence, and a deep belief that every season has a purpose. After making Franklin her home and falling in love with both the beauty of the land and the heart of the community, helping others find their place here became a natural calling.

She is passionate about walking alongside her clients through meaningful transitions, helping them move from one dream to the next and turning the hope of “someday” into the reality of home. With a warm, client-first approach, Conia is committed to creating a positive and encouraging experience for buyers and sellers alike.
